Child Support
How much will my child support be?
The Court will calculate child support in your case based upon a set of guidelines issued by the Arizona Supreme Court. Generally, the calculation of child support will depend on the total gross income of the parents, child care costs, the cost of your child's medical/dental insurance, your child's age, how much time the child spends with each parent, and possibly other extraordinary expenses incurred to care for or educate your child.

Spousal Support
Is there a formula for determining how much spousal support will be ordered in my case?
The Maricopa County Superior Court has adopted a set of guidelines for use to determine the amount and duration of a spousal maintenance award. The guidelines use a formula for calculating the appropriate amount of support to be paid, and the period of time over which the support payments must be paid. These guidelines, however, are meant to be used only after the court has ruled that a person is entitled to spousal maintenance, which requires the court to consider certain other factors beyond the length of the marriage and difference in income.
